As a Clinical Project Assistant, I manage new study proposals and oversee project management for epidemiological studies in lung, GU (genitourinary), GI (gastrointestinal), neuro-oncology, and head & neck cancers. My role involves:-Proposal Management: Leading the development and submission of new research proposals. I assess study feasibility, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and facilitate communication between sponsors and investigators.-Study Oversight: Coordinating the execution of epidemiological studies across various cancer types. This includes project planning, team coordination, and ensuring studies meet their scientific and ethical standards.-Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, investigators, and the cancer research community to support the successful execution of studies and advance LACOG’s research objectives.
