- Product lead on acquisition home pricing - Partner to Head of Data Science and Acquisition Pricing engineering manager on automation system and internal tools used to value home prices for 20,000 customers/month- Led Eng, Design, Product Ops, and Operations to develop and launch major update to Opendoor's internal valuation tool, the core interface between our data science pricing models and human pricing experts, resulting in 2.5x productivity increase while maintaining accuracy

- Hired and led teams of 5-30 in newly-launched markets, responsible for $17M+ P&L of real estate inventory- Developed launch playbook and coordinated 70+ teammates across 10 cross-functional teams to launch 15 cities in 18 months- Conducted 200+ market research interviews and quantitative analyses to inform 2017-19 market launch roadmap

Pro bono work includes supporting 5-year strategy project for Bottom Line NY (college access and success nonprofit) and teaching 2-day "Business Fundamentals" workshop at Venture for America summer bootcamp.
