Worked the entire life cycle from development in Berlin, Germany, to the implementation and the delivery in Toronto. Created and worked with teams of people to set goals, accomplish goals and overcome obstacles. Strategic planning on all levels for all departments was implemented. Created and maintained schedule and budget. Continual exploration and analyzes for productive creative approaches that were effective in implementation was necessary.
