Main duties include, but are not exhausted to: Managing an existing client base whilst ensuring these clients renew their dealReporter subscription. To develop and cultivate relationships at the highest levels within these accounts. Training new users on the dealReporter service and communicating product innovation& service offerings. To identify and deliver increased revenue, excellent service levels and potential new sales opportunities. To provide training and guidance to the client base, through one-on-one meetings, large scalepresentations and telephone calls. Travelling to regional bases of clients; Liaising with clients on the dealReporter helpdesk providing assistance on any issues related to theservice and the database, deals covered and research – management of client requests in a timelymanner. Work with the Product Development department to ensure product and service enhancements arecommunicated and executed through rigorous testing on a 'right-1st-time' basis. Working closing with the Marketing and Editorial teams to collate ‘best journalisticopportunities’ to create documents for clients.In depth knowledge of the equities market.
