• Led design and development of new on-demand babysitting booking experience on web and apps for both sides of our marketplace. With the initial launch, we onboarded 30,000 bookable caregivers and families submitted thousands of booking requests.• Iterated post-release of booking service to drive 85% increase in request volume and 100% increase in fulfillment rate.

• Drove 4% increase in message rate with the transition to new UI and tech stack for search and profile experiences. Updates spanned multiple verticals on both sides of our marketplace, pages with hundreds of millions of views annually.• Worked collaboratively on our family experience team to design and launch 20+ A/B tests at scale for iterative updates spanning visitor homepage, account creation flows, pricing/packaging, member homepage, search, and profile experiences with several tests driving 5-10% increases in incremental premium subscriptions.• Managed development teams with the Agile process; reviewed requirements, groomed stories, planned sprints with my dev lead, and led weekly metric reviews to evaluate performance of launched projects.• Conducted usability testing and structured user interviews to understand our core user and their needs/pain points.
