Create and lead strategic plan for Airbnb.org's Strategic Partnerships Program across all regions to support the goal of providing welcoming, temporary accommodations for people in times of need.

-Creating and leading strategic plan for Airbnb’s Medical Stays program across all regions to achieve Airbnb’s goal of providing welcoming, temporary accommodations for medical patients and families.-Identifying, cultivating and growing strategic partnerships that helped deliver impact- including global or national nonprofits, hospitals, cancer institutes and insurance companies-Developing and maintaining relations with government agencies, at both federal and municipal levels, to identify ways that Open Homes can support their health care initiatives and strengthen Airbnb’s relations with policymakers on issues such as affordable care and veteran affairs.-Working with external partners and internal research team to inform product strategy and product development to enhance Medical Stays on the Open Homes platform

-Lead and manage regional Open Homes strategy (Americas) for refugee and medical causes; including goal setting, target markets and partner strategy.-Support and manage day-to-day operations for various global and regional Open Homes partners; including goal setting, marketing, and impact reporting.-Partner with Marketing, Digital and Communications teams to promote Open Homes partnerships through major campaigns and ongoing storytelling.

-Volunteer Management: Lead Airbnb’s SF volunteer committee and hometown volunteer efforts. Manage existing volunteer partnerships and create new opportunities for the over 1,500 Airbnb employees in our SF office, and our local host community. Help build our skills-based volunteering opportunities and engage our broader Airbnb community of hosts and travelers in our volunteer programs.-Grants Management: Manage and report on all of Airbnb’s local and global giving-- including traditional grants, our employee giving program, coupon donations to strategic partners and working across internal teams to track and report on their giving. -Open Homes Program Coordination: Management of high-touch nonprofit partnerships including day-to-day program logistics and reporting, onboarding NGOs to the Airbnb platform, organizing partnership events and helping to capture stories for external communications.

•Lead global employee social impact programs and community engagement initiatives, with a focus on San Francisco and the Bay Area.•Plan and execute all volunteering and giving events, including service weeks, holiday giving campaigns & signature programs.•Manage co.lab mentor program, Zynga ed-tech accelerator that works to pair game industry professionals with startup games for good.•Direct Zynga's Game Design Academy volunteer program, a 2 year long elective program that teaches diverse students computer science and game design. •Lead Zynga to most successful employee engagement year with 70% participation in 2015
