Office Manager
CurrentPrimary point of contact in a fast-paced office environment on all matters pertaining to the Senior Executive Staff. This is a critical role and requires exceptional organization skills.Screen visitors and vendors and direct them to the appropriate personnel within the company. Screen phone calls and take messages. Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Senior Executive Staff, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Manage office workflow and administration such as maintaining supply inventory, keeping expense accounts other records up to date. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail. Prepare outgoing mail, FedEx packages and courier service. Respond to administrative requests of Senior Executive Staff. Prioritizing conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion. Special projects including assisting with corporate events and company-wide meetings. Assist with special projects as needed. Travel arrangements, expense reports, calendar management, vendor relationships, presentation creation, strong written and verbal correspondence as well as facilities management. Enter new vendor accounts in Quorum through Sharepoint requests. Enter new Approved For Expenditure (AFE) accounts. Assist accounting department. Reconciling material transfers (MT's).
