In my position I manage and oversee the overall health of our infrastructure and applications, including but not limited to server management, network, storage, application management, database administration, security and configuration stability and reliability of the data center environment. I hold multifaceted hands on responsibilities that manage, configure, install and administer system and network infrastructure that support approximately 2000 clients with over 60k accounts supported by the data center of our products. Oversee installation, configuration, and management of all new software releases (Agile release methodology) within our product in both testing and production environments. Effectively manage capacity planning of the platform and application. Design and implement DR/BC, monitoring, policies/procedures, configuration management tools and reporting analytic tools. Create and manage all budgetary needs for the IT OPs group. Engage and guide all vendor relationships.
