My role included strategic planning of personal and organizational development in accordance with an annual budget. I managed a number of projects and facilitated change through workshops, interviews and other communication strategies to change team culture and process. I helped manage personal developmental needs and succession through mentorship programs and coaching.

I was responsible for recruitments and assessment centers and talent development. Facilitated induction, relational and leadership training workshops and developed current course content. Linked personal development plans to online learning management systems and worked stragtegically with managers and supervised team resources to improve team effectiveness and overall organizational growth.

I trained and mentored individuals through one-on-one speaking programs , facilitated team building, public speaking workshops, leadership and executive coaching. My clients were across the board at all levels in the organisation from CEO's to tele consultants. We worked with blue chip companies and Banks. I empowered young emerging individuals and high performing professionals.

Managed a project to design a multi-media presentation that represented the organization, it’s structure, vision and values well. I delivered many presentations to international business prospectors. I worked in the below-the-line advertising division and executed sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to develop the brand.
