The Brand + Culture team was established in January 2015 with the goal of helping transform the MGAC brand. As Manager of Communications and Culture, my role focused on monitoring and supporting MGAC’s corporate culture, developing and implementing a clear and authentic brand, and creating strategies to communicate with MGAC’s target audiences in a way that positively impacts our bottom line. Responsibilities included:- Content development and bi-weekly distribution for MGAC’s internal newsletter, The MGAC Minute- Management of MGAC’s online presence, including the development and launch of the new MGAC.com, Better Outcomes blog, and MGAC social media presence- Collaboration to develop MGAC’s strategic marketing planning process – to result in strategic marketing plans for MGAC sectors and services that address strategic content marketing, memberships, associations, thought leadership, and business development- Development and implementation of MGAC’s content marketing program in support of the Better Outcomes blog- Management of MGAC’s website, PR, digital marketing and video consultant relationships

As Project Manager of RTKL’s Firmwide Communications group, I work alongside a creative team of highly-collaborative individuals responsible for all of RTKL’s internal and external global communications efforts. Some of my responsibilities included:- Strategic development, launch and on-going management of the new RTKL.com- Strategic development and implementation of integrated global marketing campaigns- Implementation of a comprehensive and multi-platform social media strategy- Management of RTKL's internal employee engagement programs- Communications advisor for RTKL's internal Leadership Councils
