Responsible for the 1-3 year vision and roadmap for higher ed ecommerce solutions and refunds. Specifically, Nelnet's Storefront, Refunds, Checkout, and Payment Forms offerings.In this role, I: meet with clients or perspective clients to uncover unmet needs, utilize the input of clients and internal stakeholders to define the priorities for the products I manage, provide guidance during design and development to ensure the delivered functionality meets market needs, and serve as the expert for my products by presenting at conferences and attending client calls.

Manage the backlog and releases for Storefront (e-commerce) and Refunds (disbursements) solutions. Responsibilities include: execute on the long-term vision and own the 6 month vision of the products, plan and organize the releases, weigh the needs of various stakeholders, provide the development team with success criteria for enhancements, document releases, serve as the subject manager expert for these products to all stakeholders, and providing assistance to the sales team and operations team as needed for client or prospect calls.I also serve as the champion and expert of Pendo (usage analytics and in-app messaging tool) for my team. As such, I have extensive experience crafting in-app help, onboarding and release adoption documentation, collecting usage analytics to drive decisions, and collecting NPS feedback from clients.

I was a BA/QA support for the Student Choice Refunds and eStore products. In this role, I collaborate with business resources to document requirements for enhancements, test changes and work with developers to fix issues found, regression test the system for each release, assist in documentation (both internal and external), and provide support for escalated production issues/questions as needed.

I worked on the Sales and Distribution Team where I provided IT support for the customer order management functions. In this position, I worked with SD transactions in SAP. In addition, I have helped test the sales order process for multiple enhancements, provided weekly production support and SD support for EDI enhancements.
