• Administer international and domestic purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, as well as ensure customer and vendor information is up to date in QuickBooks.• Using QuickBooks, perform a review and analysis of customers and/or products to keep management properly informed.• Develop, review, and submit timely and accurate shipping documents to support product movement.• Maintain and update data for MEGGLE’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, to support MEGGLE’s sales team with the latest customer and product information.• Maintain and develop relationships with vendors, customers, and managers to confirm specific information such as: pricing, payment terms, delivery terms, etc.• Gather all information required for documentation authentication from the International Embassy in New York City for the MEGGLE China office.• Ensure that MEGGLE’s warehouses have all the correct information to dispatch orders to our customers.• Use Expensify to prepare and submit expense reports for office staff.• Maintain and update office files.• Organize and schedule meetings with customers, as well as visits with upper management from Germany.• Provide general support to visitors.• Access to company bank accounts for month end reconciliation, as well as provided an account receivable report to our headquarters in Germany.• Organize and maintain office supplies, as well as inventory for MEGGLE products that are sent out as samples to current and new customers.
