• Responsible for the creation, delivery and rollout of training videos for clients. This key client initiative involves the writing of the training material, presenting, filming and editing the training videos using software Camtasia.• Delivery of 2 week certification programs to corporate and financial organizations globally on treasury systems. Responsible for delivering classroom training (up to 25 clients) for the certification course and coaching clients for the exam taken at the end of the course.• Design and delivery of bespoke training courses to clients across Europe in French and German. Involved in delivery and design of training material for key Wall Street Systems clients, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure successful migration for clients.• Redesigned complete certification program including course content and structure taking into consideration feedback obtained from previous sessions and adopting best practice learnt from training courses attended and external research.• Solely responsible for internal training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of Wall Street Systems new time and expense management system (E4SE). For this important company initiative, I worked closely with Finance and Professional Services to design all training material and trained all Wall Street Systems employees via workshops and webinars whilst working to very tight deadlines. • Internal training/ mentoring provided to new starters and consultants across the company and ‘train the trainer’ sessions provided to consultants and business trainers to ensure consistent delivery of course material. • Created and maintained internal training site on Sharepoint providing centralised database for Wall Street Systems employees containing all key training information (upcoming training events and associated training material, agendas, catalogues etc).

• Delivered individually-tailored training sessions on Omgeo systems to investment managers and brokers of both management and user level via WebEx, telephone and on-site training (with specific responsibility for clients in France, Germany, London, Austria and Switzerland). • Delivered classroom training sessions to groups of up to 15 clients from brokers and investment banks in the following European cities: London, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Paris, Edinburgh and Dublin.• Carried out TNA to establish the training needs of Omgeo’s strategic clients for various products in EMEA. As a result, a new training module was designed and incorporated in the classroom training week for our strategic clients which has had a 100% attendance rate for each session. • Redesigned the format of classroom training sessions on all products, taking into consideration feedback obtained from previous sessions and adopting best practice learnt from CTP and external research. • Co-led, working with the manager of training in the US, an initiative to develop e-learning training module (using software Captivate). • Provided leadership:➢ Responsible for delegating training sessions to team and organising the team’s workload.➢ Acted as first point of contact for all training queries.➢ Mentored new starters in the team working alongside Manager in US to oversee their training plan.
