I was responsible for the progress and well-being of pupils in my year group and worked closely with a group of 10 tutors as well as senior staff. I had daily contact with parents and outside agencies and was required to attend a variety of meetings regarding pupils’ education, safety and well-being. I was also required to track pupils’ progress and attendance using various software packages and put appropriate actions in place to improve performance.
