Leading the Americas Market Lead for Accenture Operations, I have the pleasure of working with clients to deliver sustainable growth and competitiveness through strategic managed services. Accenture Operations offers and delivers a comprehensive portfolio of enterprise and core industry business process services, including R&D, procurement, supply chain, finance, HR, marketing and sales, customer service and support, and trust and safety, as well as industry-specific business services in banking, insurance, capital markets, telecom, utilities, software and platforms, and health and life sciences. In addition, I'm the office managing director for Accenture in New York Metro. Being part of this nearly 7,000 team in the region, we love interacting with our clients and community. I'm an active member of the Tech:NYC board and help drive our collaboration with the Partnership for New York City working with industry, technology and civic leaders to shape the city’s future. Previously, I was also accountable for Accenture’s strategy, talent development, growth and delivery for its Communication, Media and Technology (CMT) clients, including managing a team of client account leaders and directors responsible for connecting Accenture’s solutions with its clients’ business priorities. Additionally, I spent a decade with clients in the CPG and retail space driving transformation in customer, digital and enterprise functions. Being very focused on diversity efforts, I've had the honor of receiving Seramount’s 2022 Women of Excellence, Crain’s New York Business “Notable Women in Accounting and Consulting” awards and Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business. She is active in local causes and volunteerism programs in New York and serves on the WICT Network's global board of directors and is a member of the Women’s Forum of New York.
