About Laura Frederick

Hi everyone! I'm Laura. I'm passionate about helping lawyers and in-house teams learn how we draft and negotiate contracts in the real world. My training is different from other programs out there. I'm 100% focused on the real-world contracting strategies I learned from my 25+ year career working on commercial contracts in Big Law firms and at technology and energy companies like Tesla. I am the Founder and CEO of How to Contract, a platform that helps lawyers and in-house contract teams master real-world drafting and negotiating skills. I also created ContractsCon, an annual training, and friend-making extravaganza. I share my contract tips and cartoons (yes, I created them) in my best-selling book, Practical Tips on How to Contract.Visit www.howtocontract.com and www.contractscon.com to learn more.
