- Streamline sales and marketing processes, strengthen communication, provide clarity in analytics - Provide sales metrics, report on effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives using Salesforce CRM- Generate leads through industry specific research- Qualify and develop target opportunities

- Orchestrate inventory receiving, storage, pick/packing and shipping of 12,000 Torchbearer uniforms- Negotiate product pricing from vendors and with corporate order customers- Train and manage service center and online store staff- Resolve escalated calls and emails from torchbearers and online store customers- Respond to customer inquiries in both English and French- Act as single point of contact and communication between all partners involved in relay including Elastic Path internal teams, VANOC, IT partners, fulfillment partners, and product vendors

- Promote the Parks Canada mandate through educational programs for visitors of all ages- Develop and direct guided hikes, theater programs, information center tours, and marine lab activities- Respond to any inquiries in both of Canada's official languages
