Key responsibilities include:- Oversight of CSR strategy and plan, including management of internal working groups.- Implementation of CSR plan and associated policies.- Tracking and reporting on CSR initiatives, including environmental sustainability metrics and community engagement activities.- Drafting and implementing policies and procedures associated with CSR activities.- Developing internal and external communications relating to CSR activities.- Developing and delivering internal staff training and education on CSR.- Developing and maintaining a strong network of community members across NFP, community, public and private sectors.

Development and implementation of organisational strategy in collaboration with CEO and broader team to build success across the volunteering and digital inclusion sectors in Australia.

Providing support to volunteer using organisations throughout Greater Western Sydney through volunteer promotion and recruitment, training for volunteers, support and networking forums for volunteer managers, and creation and management of volunteer training and support resources.

Recruiting and managing a team of volunteers to deliver campaigns and engage young people across Sydney.

Management of staff and stock. Providing a high quality of customer service to customers and staff. Liaising with staff at a local, regional and national level. Managing day to day finances and banking. Organising and replenishing the store with a high degree of visual merchandising.
