Forrester's Customer Experience Index (CX Index™) is a customer experience measurement program used to understand the quality of a brand’s CX and how successfully they're delivering experiences that create and sustain customer loyalty. I used advanced data analysis and statistical modeling techniques to help business leaders prioritize the key drivers of CX quality that would have the most impact on customer loyalty and drive revenue growth. I spent a lot of my time translating complex data into recommendations and insights and explaining statistical analyses and techniques to non-technical audiences. Developed research program on children's developing ability to reason about others' mental states. Designed and ran experiments with over 1500 participants ranging from 11-month-olds to 11-year-olds, as well as adults, with a focus on 2- to 3-year-olds. Used a variety of statistical methods to analyze and interpret my results and communicated my findings to other researchers and to parents through visualizations and published reports. I conducted my research in the lab, at museums, and at local schools.
