Participated in many weekend exercises and training nights requiring strength and resilience, focusing on improving my fieldcraft, teamwork and leadership abilities. - Attended Ex Lightning Strike, a weekend with the Royal Signals, developing an understanding of the Corps. Competed in a challenging log race with 7 other OCdt’s - Represented my unit at Queens Cup at Sandhurst and Ex Northern Lights, two sport competitions where I competed in Netball, Football and tug of war against OCdts from UOTC’s across the country. -Organised and led a Charity fashion show within the unit, raising money for a local charity.

Working behind the bar and waitressing on the floor. Providing high end customer service that aligns with J.W. Lees standards and having sound teamwork and interpersonal skills throughout. Required working in a fast paced environment, managing stock and paying attention to detail.

Serving drinks to season ticket holders in a premium suite. Have to be able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Requires making the correct drinks promptly, managing stock and maintaining the flow of luxury service.

Supported in leading 2 groups of young people throughout their two-week course by ensuring they are at the correct activity at the right time, providing them with essential analytical skills followed by a week of charity work and fundraising.
