Hr Business Partner
Current• Support the Director of People in the development and delivery of the Group’s HR Organisational Development strategy to ensure Energy & Utility Skills has the capacity, capability and culture to successfully deliver its strategic plan. • Manage the delivery of the Group’s talent, development and succession plans to ensure the business is building and developing its current talent, both internally and externally. • Build and maintain a performance culture where success is recognised and rewarded on a daily basis.• Ensure effective capacity management, building a clear recruitment and resourcing strategy along with a strong employer brand. • Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team and managers; building relationships, providing support and constructive challenge, maintaining and building their skills, in order to perform at their best. • Manage the development and implementation of HR policies which complement organisational culture and values; continually reviewing our approach as employment legislation developments.• Establish and report on KPIs that effectively benchmark and measure organisation performance.• Deliver the plans, processes, policies, standards and resources needed to execute the HR and OD strategies and oversee their effective implementation and delivery • Ensure the provision of comprehensive HR service, professional support and guidance on employment, development, communications and well-being matters. • Recommend and implement the Group’s learning and development solutions designed to fulfill organisational capability needs to include induction. • Engage colleagues across the business to ensure that they know what is expected of them and why, are committed, motivated and working effectively to deliver against the business plan and in line with our values and behaviours.
