Working on the portfolio of journalism products, I provided marketing support for the award winning magazine Physics World, as well as it's sister websites. I worked closely with sales and editorial to increase readership using a variety of channels, including email, social, PPC and events.

I was responsible for planning and implementing the marketing strategy for the Fleet Management, Community Protection, and Legal business units, while also providing support for central marketing activities. Responsibilities included managing customer nurture (newsletters and user groups) and running lead generation campaigns, including exhibitions and webinars, email campaigns and print advertising.

I supported the global marketing strategy by creating and managing digital and print campaigns. I was responsible for maintaining brand standards, setting and managing the marketing budget, analysing campaign success in order to identify areas for growth and ensuring appropriate promotional materials were developed. Additionally, I managed the social media platforms, supported the sales team and distributor network, maintained a large, global mailing list and attended international trade shows to represent the company and meet potential customers.
