During my work experience I've gathered skills related to leadership, administrative tasks, payroll, teamwork, understanding client's needs and preferences in order to comply with quality standards and selection of personnel. I was always in the forefront of innovation within the company with different training pilots due to my adaptability and design background. In addition to this, i was one of the pioneers in Central America throughout the business expansion, having to learn foreign work laws, administrative tasks and cultural awareness to ensure customer success.
