CurrentLead the strategy, program management, and governance of process improvement opportunities across Finance and the effective operations and administration of key Finance systems. Direct and provide partnership across the Finance technology portfolio where process improvement and cross-product collaboration is needed and play a key leader role in the establishment and communication of the strategic themes or initiatives that drive the investments and strategy for Finance Capabilities. Lead the strategic approach for leveraging the process excellence skillsets across the Finance Capabilities portfolio to maximize value delivered through process improvement and efficiency efforts.Drive a Finance-wide effort to establish standards in measuring operational efficiency and goal setting to drive continuous improvement in all recurring processes, including the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurements for Finance.
