Working within Google's International Growth team, my role involves owning the on-boarding process of Google’s GCS and LCS clients who take part in our Global Business Solutions program.Training and supporting the GBS team on our SalesForce CRM platform plays a huge part in this and ensuring team are aligned on all updates and process changes. Aligning with the wider International Growth Team on any queries they may have on submitting leads and updating the team on lead progress when required, to ensure a smooth process for both our internal colleagues and our clients.

My role as a team lead involves working alongside the team manager for the Partner Business Services team of PSD Galway.Focusing on the North American region, my main responsibilities in this role include recognizing the skills of my team members and utilizing their strengths to the benefit of the team, inspiring and motivating teamwork, influencing valuable changes to the day-to-day tasks in PSD and to connecting with related teams on a regular basis to ensure alignment across regions.

My role as a PSR involves many different aspects of understanding and supporting our SAP Partners. This includes answering direct queries from partners regarding the administration and ongoing implementation of their partnership with SAP.Outside of this, I am heavily involved in a number of projects which are aimed around benefiting our partner's experience. Some of which include Deal Registration (The resell of SAP products from a Sell-type partner to an end-customer) and Recognised Expertise (Awarding our partners with their area of expertise). From these projects, I prepare and distribute reporting information within the company's stakeholders. I collate and present proposals to my team on ways to improve each of the program's benefits.
