• Project lead and lead counsel on multiple enterprise-wide initiatives to implement new regulations with significant operational impacts (including HIPAA and regulations under the ACA), launch new products, and execute strategic priorities• Coordinates on development of risk assessments, risk mitigation strategies, compliance plans, training and regulatory audits; advises business on privacy, security and data use• Provides comprehensive advice to human resources on wide range of employment law matters including EEOC, non-competes, FMLA, FLSA, COVID-19 workplace requirements, and ADA compliance• Advises on matters impacting health and welfare, retirement and non-qualified plans; review and draft benefit plan documents; advise plan fiduciary • Counsels senior business leaders on wide range of day-to-day legal matters• Negotiates and drafts complex contracts with emphasis on technology contracts (SaaS, SOWs, Master Services Agreements, SLAs, Licenses)• Provides legal support for corporate and real estate transactions including stock acquisition, real estate sale and leaseback deals, leases, SNDAs • Provides ongoing compliance and governance advice to private non-operating foundation and serves as corporate secretary
