We provide tools for communities to connect to their members through the revitalization of their language. Our current earning platform provides an environment for students to explore language in fun and interesting ways. We do this through gamification of learning and creating a compelling environment via art assets and UI design.I wear a lot of hats! On a daily basis I'm creating prototypes and wireframes in Figma, making updates to our internal design system, discussing UX flows, wrangling CSS (essentially filling the role of a front end web developer), and creating hand-drawn digital illustrations for our platform.

Responsible for overhaul of www.ipac.ca corporate/member website- Front-end web development initial mock ups, template/page design, content creation, prototyping, development process, security/role administration, UAT/QA, launch, and training.- Redesign of business processes to meet system and stakeholder requirements including configuration of backend database, cleanup and conversion of membership data into new systems- Migration and management of ecommerce and event registrations platforms to new iMIS platform backendGraphic Design/front-end work: - Design and creation of event/conference landing pages for both local and regional groups on at least a monthly cadence leading to increased web traffic and higher ticket sales.- Annual conference website (ac2017.ipac.ca) increased page views by 10x and session time by 2.9x compared to previous year.- Design and layout of landing pages, special reports, publications, promotional materials, flyers, ads, banners and graphics for both IPAC internal use as well as client contractsContent strategy: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, migrate/develop content from previous website. Creation of new brand standards and guidelines – colour scheme, typography to modernize existing brand.Training and support of 30+ IPAC staff and volunteers on web content / event management for local Toronto office and 20 Regional Groups across Canada.
