-Stewarded individual donations allocated for students seeking scholarships to trades-oriented career training programs, thereby directly addressing a critical local economic employment need. -Oversaw fundraising events that raised on average $100,000 annually from corporate sponsorships.-Stewarded over $100,000 in in-kind donations annually from local collaborators who donated their services to facilitate The Chamber Foundation’s leadership programming.-Exceeded leadership program recruitment goals for the 2024 program year, increasing recruitment 30% on average for the Executive Leadership, Leadership Dutchess, and Youth Leadership programs. -Project managed, directed, and promoted a video for the Executive Leadership program in 2023. As a direct result of this video’s promotion, enrollment in Executive Leadership increased 40% in 2024. -Lead and managed staff, four program steering committees, and over 100 volunteers across the leadership programs and committees on a yearly basis.-Developed the curriculum and won a $20,000 municipal grant for the Youth Entrepreneur Program, under the auspices of the Career Action Center at Poughkeepsie High School - this program empowers City of Poughkeepsie teens with practical skills for starting an entrepreneurial business. -Project managed the successful transition in FY 2023 to bring all scholarship from a 3rd party administrator to in-house administration. As a direct result, The Chamber Foundation awarded over $40,000 in scholarships.

Coordinated the orchestra’s corporate sponsorship program development in spring of 2019. This project resulted in a polished, updated corporate giving web page and pamphlet for prospective donors. Co-chaired the fundraiser gala that launched the orchestra’s Friend’s Membership Group in April of 2018. This friend’s group has 40 members to date.

Facilitated and implemented the business development of the Dutchess Community College (DCC) Academy of Music, which merged the college’s credit and credit-free music departments. As a result of this strategic partnership, profit margins for the credit-free music department increased 70% from 2019 to 2020. Applied business development strategies to improve department profitability, strategic partnerships, sales effectiveness, staffing optimization, customer service quality, and employee satisfaction. Streamlined and standardized the application process and requirements for the Academy of Music’s scholarship funds, promoting higher accountability and standards for the applicants, their teachers, and the department’s annual fundraising goals. Manager of approximately 20 employees, including an assistant who reported directly to me; oversaw approximately 800 annual units of enrollment. Contributed qualitative and quantitative data to grant applications and semesterly budget reports.

Developed and maintained community partnerships and vendor relationships between the DCC Music School and other local organizations, including the Family Partnership Center of Poughkeepsie, the Northern Dutchess Symphony Orchestra, the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall, and the Hyde Park Central School District.Increased enrollment at the DCC Music School 19 percent from 2017 to 2018 using data-driven decisions, including analysis of enrollment reports and proactive use of student feedback.Managed and created content for the Music School’s Facebook, Instagram, and Constant Contact accounts. Taught vocal technique, staged and refined theatrical scenes and musical numbers, and choreographed dance numbers for students ages 7-17 in the Performing Arts Institute.Taught Kindermusik, a music curriculum scientifically designed to foster optimal physical, mental, emotional, social, and musical development for children ages newborn to 5 years old.
