Providing customer service management solutions and satisfaction have always been driving factors for me, and I’ve been able to turn this passion into a successful career for over 29 years within the window and building material industry.I started my career at Andersen Windows, Silver Line Division as an Inside Sales Representative in 1987 and have progressed through the ranks as an Outside Sales Rep, Merchandiser, Customer Service Manager, Customer Team Lead, and Field Services Supervisor. I currently serve as a Customer Service Supervisor where I manage a large customer call center focused on quality improvement. I manage a team of customer service associates, providing training, coaching, and development for new and underperforming associates. Some highlights of my career achievements are as follows:► Established American Craftsman customer center within The Home Depot stores from the ground-up leading to a $MM account and over 1100 locations. ► Implemented an Employee Recognition program encouraging employee appreciation and acknowledgment. ► Developed and implemented a “chargeable service” call procedure, producing $80K in revenue during the first year. ► Improved Field Service first call resolution rate to over 95%.
