CARAMELO is that “ sweet spot ” where sophistication and warmth meet, giving life to spaces full of style and soul.My responsibilities as Bar Manager include:*Collaborate with the Director of the hotel, and all heads of departments to ensure a successful season*Plan, order, manage and execute the daily preparation of the Pool Bar as well as the outside Beach Bars for weekly events*Recruit, hire, train and manage the Cooks Club Palma Beach Pool staff of Bartenders, Waiters and Assistant Managers *Create guidelines for cocktail preparation and bar standards for the pool bar and beach bar menu*Order, inventory and manage the budget for bar supplies and beverages *Prepare weekly staff schedules based on occupancy and events*Work along side team with serving our guests, beverage preparation, cocktail making, cleaning, stocking and organizing bar in a fast paced environment serving up to 600+ guests per day*Attend various training courses during the season presented by Globales

Over the course of season 2024, I personally managed over 20 employees, including temporary staff hired specifically for weekly events. This season, we hosted the ¨Parapaïla show¨ on Thursday nights and the ¨After Work¨ event on Friday nights. Directed visual merchandising on a national level for 250 Cache and Lillie Rubin stores located in luxury shopping areas across the United States. During my time as Director, the company produced the most profits and the publicly traded stock was at an all time high. Limited Design Services was a collective group of designers and merchandisers providing fashion and merchandising inspiration to Victoria's Secret, Express, Structure, The Limited and Bath & Body Works brands. Our group traveled to European and local markets for retail inspiration and merchandising trends. We created visual trend books for department heads of each brand. And partnered with brand Visual Directors for seasonal showroom presentations.
