Communication is at the heart of every type of relationship we have. Whether it's verbal or written, personal or professional, how we communicate with one another can impact any and all facets of an interaction. It can affect how a message is received and understood. It can dictate perception and efficiency. This subject is a passion of mine which has led to many hours of study and observation on the effects of communication and its' impact on company culture and intercommunication. I have more than 10 years' of experience in sales, account management, customer service and success enablement. Throughout that time, I learned to find the balance between engaging and delighting my customers (both internal and external) and delivering against quantifiable goals. I thrive in collaborative environments, but I love challenges where little to no direction is given. Finding solutions to complicated obstacles or building processes from the ground up both allow me to be a self-starter in a more inventive fashion.When I'm not thinking about the etymology of a word, I like to do high performance driving events and work on my car. I also enjoy cooking, eating, reading, writing, and being in nature. I am currently seeking new opportunities in the communications field.
