As a “string to the kite”, I provide the structure and alignment needed to help leaders soar, by connecting vision to execution and embedding impact into every initiative.As Chief of Staff at global tech company Sovos for the last 10+ years, I’ve contributed to meaningful impact by aligning purpose, strategy, and execution. During this time, we’ve grown 10x in top-line revenue and expanded to more than 2,400 employees in 18+ countries. Beyond the numbers, I’m especially proud to have led initiatives to embed social responsibility and inclusion into our operations and culture — ranging from a cross-cultural intelligence enablement program to better serve our global customers and teams to launching reduced-fee sales tax offerings to support small businesses at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.Before joining Sovos, I worked to modernize the built environment by leading technology transformations, sustainable strategies, and process innovations for clients across industries such as retail, tech and life sciences. I also contributed to industry-wide advancements by serving on joint AIA and AGC committees focused on transformation and partnering with government agencies, including the U.S. GSA, to adopt new technology and process standards. These experiences taught me the power of innovation and collaboration to create lasting change.Beyond my corporate work, I serve on the boards of two nonprofits—Waltham Fields Community Farm and the Sidney Mae Olson Rainbow Fund—where I focus on governance, strategic alignment, and amplifying impact.
