• Responsible for the organisation of events across a number of departments and offices whilst working with a range of budgets
• Organisation of marketing and sales collateral for events and sales meetings
• Assisting in identifying target markets and potential clients, carrying out background research using the internet and MINT
• Researching industry events for the office to attend and managing the bookings
• Management of the bespoke CRM system

-Responsible for taking and converting conference/accommodation enquiries for the 42 hotels within the Britannia Group. -Putting together tailor made proposals, negotiating rates to meet client’s budgets and chasing bookings. -Keeping the CRM system up to date with bookings and enquires. -Participating in company events showcasing new hotels and event.
