Hey! I'm Laura. I have spent the last 7 years training and developing Recruitment Consultants within some of Australia’s most coveted Agencies and providing operational and strategic advice to Recruitment Agency Owners. More recently I have also taken on the challenge of working closely with organisations to design epic Employee LifeCycles, Career Pathways, Training Programs and help build out HR/Talent Acquisition functions.As the Co Founder of one of Australia's most awarded business support agencies, and with 16 years agency and internal recruitment experience and 10 years leading teams, I have dedicated my career to developing world class recruitment standards and challenging the status quo of outdated practices. I love working with people and am just as passionate today as I was in my first candidate interview many (many!) moons ago.In 2015 I took a deep dive into the science behind yoga and meditation, and love to throw this offering into the mix to enhance EVP's, develop wellness programs and provide advice to recruitment teams on managing stress and burnout.
