My responsibilities included whole customer life cycle:- finding the best solutions at the sale phase- managing the HR system implementation project- developing and defining customer HR processes- making sure the customer satisfaction at the end of the project was top-notch. During implementation projects my aim was to enhance the overall employee experience and harmonize and renew the customer HR processes. About 40 different and interesting projects were completed successfully and on schedule.
