Responsible for the completion of Data Access requests within the Arrears dept, Spot checking calls to ensure employees are adhering to Central Bank Regulations, releasing employees individual monthly reviews & general admin duties. I recently transferred to the Pamela Scott branch on Henry st, where all of my daily and weekly responsibilities are the same except on a larger scale. I enjoy the challenge of helping to run a larger store in the city center where it is a lot busier and a lot more pressurized. I have held a part time job in Pamela Scotts since 2007. I have continuously worked in the company while undertaking other projects, eg. also working as a Stylist in Dublin. Less than two years on the shop floor I was made key holder and became responsible for the day to day running of the store alongside the Manager and Asst. Manager. I worked with them closely to set daily and weekly targets and when left alone in the store it was my responsibility to keep staff motivated and drive sales up. I have developed strong customer service skills along with an in depth fashion knowledge, target setting, motivating, selling and sales and cash handling.
