Human Resources Business Partner
Current- Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources inclusive of administration, employee and labour relations, HR advisory and support services for 170 employees of which 80 employees are unionized with the United Steel.
- Collaborate with leaders to solve problems using the A3- 8 Step Problem Solving methodology to drive and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with business needs.
- Leader and champion of company’s policies through tailored guidance and mentoring of employees and leaders.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, policies, procedures, regulations locally as well as globally, SOPs, cGMPs and the collective bargaining agreement.
- Provide HR support and guidance to our three manufacturing sites in the US.
- Responsible for the talent acquisition process and on-boarding with full awareness of business needs.
