I interfaced directly the customer, at all levels.-I managed the risks through anticipation, rigorous contract management and close customer management.2) Defence of the company leading position 2000/2002 -Award of new extension contracts for lines 2 and 5.-Reinforcement of customer relationship quality through excellent project execution.-Pretendering activities regarding new technologies to be introduced and new potential customers.-Transfer of some activities from Europe to Chile, for competitiveness purposes.-Closure of some non strategical activities : management of project team in order to complete ongoing projects and claims (automation contracts in mining sector, high voltage substation).3) Consolidation as a sustainable operational unit 2003/2006-Strong contributor to Alstom results in the Region, in line with the growth strategy of the signaling branch, and over performing budget KPIs.-Support to tenders and award of new contracts (line 4) introducing the new company interlocking technology for the 1st time in South America-Consolidation of the leading commercial position for 10 years.-Profitable execution of the new contracts Line 4 (60 ME) and extensions L2&5-Integration of the unit into the recently implemented Alstom Chile corporate structure.
