Intake Network for Intensive Case Management (for geriatric/senior, youth, homeless and street-oriented populations, concurrent disorders, dual disorders) and Assertive Community Treatment Teams in Toronto. - Advocacy on individual, program and systems levels- Working knowledge of mental health service systems and other community supports relating to substance use/dependence, poverty, homelessness, oppression, and stigma- Clinical assessment and case management skills- Maintaining an anti-racism and anti-oppression framework- Team training and mentoring - Program development, creation of client information systems and database management

- Counseling, case management and crisis intervention for adults with mental health and addiction concerns- Advocacy and education to consumers and related community- Maintaining accurate clinical records of clients’ progress- Program development- Trained and supervised agency students and new staff members
