FINN brings a unique mobility service to the United States - a vehicle subscription that bundles new car experience, maintenance and insurance in one transparent price. I built new relationships for the FINN brand and managed the P&L, developed our supply-side strategy, and created the communications department.

Built new team following global reorganization responsible for Enterprise Connectivity group's strategy and new product incubation. Moved ideas from "think" through "implementation" phases. Oversaw partnerships and product performance measurement.

Ran digital services businesses, including Ford's partnership with Sirius XM and Amazon Key delivery to trunk. Oversaw operations, engineering and P&L.

Directly supporting the President of Ford Mobility, I worked across Ford to develop new service ideas, business models and decide what new modes of transportation to pursue. Further, I oversaw Mobility partnerships and the M&A pipeline, driving build-buy-partner decisions to support Ford's growth into new territory.

Part of Ford's Global Advanced Product Marketing and Customer Knowledge groups, I was responsible for setting consumer strategy for autonomous vehicles in 2030 and beyond. I studied consumer behavior and attitudes, society, micro and macro trends in order to understand how people will interact with their world in the future, and the implications this has for Ford's brand and business. Based in Ford's Silicon Valley research and innovation center, I worked cross functionally with user experience, corporate strategy, communications, tech research, finance and global region offices. In addition, I lead MBA recruiting efforts for the marketing organization on West Coast campuses.

At Ford this summer, I created a go-to-market strategy for self-driving cars and developed a market segmentation framework for autonomous vehicle adoption.

Grace Care Center is a children's orphanage in Sri Lanka's formerly war-torn Eastern Province. The region is beginning to see an increase in tourism, so to support the non-profit organization's operational goals, I served as part of a cross-functional MBA student team to recommend a business model for a new hotel property. We delivered an investment strategy that incorporated a vocational training program for Grace Care Center residents.

iRobot develops robots for consumer, defense, security, healthcare and research markets, offering a wide variety of communication opportunities and challenges. At iRobot, I was responsible for developing worldwide product launch plans and corporate messaging, managing external agencies, training company spokespeople and maintaining top tier press relationships. iRobot sells consumer robots in over 50 countries around the globe and I was responsible for launching products in both existing and new markets, working closely with management and engineering teams in order to develop messaging, training and strategies that would drive market adoption for consumer robots.

Prior to joining iRobot, I was iRobot’s primary contact at public relations agency FleishmanHillard New York. As part of the marketing communications practice, I planned and executed new product introductions, product review programs, press events and executive visibility campaigns for clients such as AT&T, iRobot, Shoebuy.com and Spirit Halloween. I developed strong relationships with technology, fashion and broadcast media and worked with these members of the press to develop new story ideas. I also served as on-air talent for AT&T social media and internal sales videos.

As a full-time athlete, I trained for and competed in national track and cross country running competition.

While pursuing a full-time running career, I created and implemented a marketing plan that resulted in a 25% sales increase YOY.

At KNWA and FOX 24, I built and operated graphics for live newscasts, including during an election period. I also gained experience reporting on air in my spare time.
