I embarked on my IT journey in 2001 as a Business Analyst at EDS, subsequently transitioning to Capgemini in 2004 following a Tupe process. Initially engaged as a business analyst within the finance domain, my career has encompassed diverse roles showcasing my adaptability and versatility. As a Change Control Manager, I collaborated closely with clients to meticulously track and approve change requirements, ensuring seamless implementation. I transitioned back to finance to support a multi-million-pound project, before pivoting to Business Operations Support, managing over 800 employees under the guidance of the Business Operations Manager. Subsequently, I embraced the challenge of becoming an Anti-Virus Support Engineer and an Atlassian Consultant, broadening my skill set.In December 2015, I transitioned to the xPaaS team, assuming a pivotal role in orchestrating its operations and business functions. Over the course of eight years, I honed my analytical prowess, adeptly balancing priorities, solving problems, and managing time effectively to ensure operational excellence. In July 2023, I assumed the role of Business Operations Partner, entrusted with overseeing the delivery of Business Operations services within the Practice. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, I fostered robust relationships with stakeholders, anticipating and addressing their evolving needs to drive efficiencies and ensure consistent delivery of processes and tooling.Currently, I lead a team of six business operations analysts, facilitating smooth operational services and supporting the largest practice on the account, comprising over 500 engineers. Continuously striving for improvement, I innovate and conceptualise new ideas, collaborating with esteemed architects and engineers to develop solutions such as a ChatBot to streamline issue resolution. As an Assignment Manager for the Business Operations Team, I provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to instill a sense of ownership and recognition among team members.Furthermore, I serve as a primary point of contact for escalations within the area, adeptly resolving queries in a timely manner and supporting the Practice Lead with escalation actions. I ensure effective communication of escalations to relevant stakeholders within the Practice area, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder management.
