Responsible for guiding the vision and strategy for our exclusive events worldwide.Our events provide a forum for selected leaders from the worlds largest enterprises to discuss industry trends, connect with like-minded business professionals, advance personal development and build new mutually beneficial connections.

In 2012 I moved to California to launch this business. I headed up delegate recruitment and relationships for our North America summits. Along with sourcing and allocating speakers for our conferences and building the summits with sponsor presentations and delegate panel discussions.Our Event series operates in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. It's supported by our Executive Committee, a governing body of progressive and innovative global business leaders. Our Committee is the catalyst for our compelling programs, ensuring that the content is applicable to the business challenges and planned projects of the delegates, providing thought leadership to optimize key resources – people and technology.Key Attributes to this role:*Create and manage relationships with C-level, VP and director level executives of large enterprises*Driving and growing the company throughout EMEA & North America*Working among leading professionals within the specific regions/roles*Providing advanced content throughout our programs, establishing best practices and trends *Lead, direct and mentor the North American delegate team *The organisation and timing of our events from start to finish
