Entrepreneurship and TechnologyI have graduated in Economics at University of Sao Paulo in 2011, I´ve lived in 6 countries, speak 4 languages and I am a self taught Web Developer. I am also a coffee Q-grader (~sommelier) and won the prize 1st place Women of Agribusiness Brazil 2018.I have worked as Entrepreneur in Residence for others (Rocket Internet, Arpex Capital and Hotel Urbano) and for my own (Agrid and Café Condado) in Brazil, Germany and Mexico. Always leading Operations and now working as a Technology Director.In the past years I've gather enough knowledge to understand clients, products, markets, teams, technologies and this has helped me have a good sight of what really matters the most, and what is the direction we need to head on to be able to make a difference.I believe I am a very open, emphatic leader that is always trying to understand the reality of others, customers or employees the same, in order to deliver a better product and service at same time balancing a positive and healthy life. I believe as managers our role is to serve our teams and remove any impediments and blockers they might have so they can give their best.I flourish in environments where I can share my weirdness and feel that I belong.
