As Supporter Liaison Officer at Reading Football Club, I facilitate communications and act as a bridge between the Club and its fans.I collaborate with all departments, to develop and implement strategies that enhance Fan Engagement and ensure supporters are actively involved in the Club’s activities. I host Forums, focus groups, and other engagement initiatives to gather valuable insight from supporters, which I then use to advocate for their interests in club meetings and decision-making processes. By representing the voices of our fans and fostering open communication, I am constantly working towards a more inclusive and connected community, ensuring the club remains attuned to the needs and aspirations of its supporters.
