Specialising predominately in the resourcing of Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers & Solution designers.

Additional to my roles as Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager I was also employed as the NSW Recruitment System Super User (RSS). As the state database (Bullhorn) Subject Matter Expert I was responsible for developing and enforcing data process enhancements, developing training material and providing database training for all "new starters' as well as retraining existing staff to improve process quality.

Initially employed on a short-term contract as a Database Administrator responsible for database integrity and quickly promoted to Recruitment Consultant for the NSW Banking and Finance team. Accumulated extensive experience across the full sales life-cycle including taking job briefs, sourcing high quality candidates, candidate screening via technical testing and behavioural interviewing, developing high quality advertising, and client liaising.
