- Resume review and pre-screening applicants to determine interest and fit for role. - Perform pre-screening & behavioral interviews- Maintain compliance in company Applicant Tracking System

-Maintain compliance & requirements in Applicant Tracking System for all assigned positions. Client Groups include: Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Biologics and R&D-Create effective pre-screening questions for posting in Applicant Tracking System-Source internet & job boards for passive candidates-Work with Recruiting Coordinators for scheduling of on-site interviews with Hiring Managers and interview team-Keep candidates up to date while waiting for HM/Recruiter hiring decision-Perform all functions relating to hiring process including sourcing candidates, resume review and pre-screening applicants to determine interest and fit for role.-Prepare and submit offer letter to hired candidate-Helped develop and start of Pilot Program for Transactional Service Recruiter (TSR) role-Provide training and mentoring to Recruiting Coordinators and other TSR/Junior Recruiters-Partner with Talent Acquisition Management to define staffing process improvements

-First Human Resources contact with potential candidate-Multi-level calendar coordination for Hiring Manager and interview team-Coordinate (including travel, hotel & car service set up) on-site job interviews -Participate in candidate assessment with hiring ream-Prepare offer letters and handle pre-employment responsibilities for hired candidates -Assist in training of New Human Resource Coordinators-Keep all files and tracking in compliance for Government audits-Create and publish Quarterly Departmental Newsletter
