Jointly funded by the State and Federal Government and is the largest infrastructure investment in the recent history of Victoria’s Rail network. Played a leading role as Commercial Advisor for the Authority providing commercial advice and support throughout the procurement process in the areas of risk and opportunity, indirect costs, head contract terms and conditions and proposed financial systems and controls.
