Production and understanding of 2D and 3D design development, technical and construction working drawings in Autocad and Revit for restaurants, offices, warehouses and multi-storey residential buildings. Evaluation and assimilation of design changes introduced by the principal architect and coordination of architectural documentation and BIM models with the work of consulting engineers, and clash detection between design disciplines on 3D interior design models and communicated these to project team.Worked collaboratively with multiple offices by worksharing through the use of a Revit Central Model and Worksets and reviewed standards, practices & procedures related to BIM projects, and coordinated changes with project team.Working use of multiple provincial and national building codes from analysing building codes, zoning and planning requirements, and preparing and coordinating construction documents and models for building and planning permit application submissions.
