When I started within the team all properties on the market had to provide a Home Information pack (HIP) and regulations state every HIP must contain a drainage and Water search which is the report we provide. Responsibilities included handling all incoming search enquiries, payments and queries and producing the reports. The role involves dealing with high volumes to tight time-scales and liaising extensively with other water companies, legal professionals and Wessex Water colleagues alike. Having the communication skills it takes to provide excellent customer service both in writing and over the phone, also able to prioritise and organise a busy workload

Temporary Position covering branches around the South West Region. Processing cheques and admin work back office, leading on to front of house cashier dealing with members of the publics banking and cashing up/balancing the till at the end of each day. I was also responsible for securing the premises at night.

Working full time as an admin assistant within the corporate maintenance department with day release at the pitman Training Centre building on an NVQ. The role included office duties, answering telephone enquiries and organising payment of bills and processing invoices and developed a good grounding to how a business operates. Within the first ten months I achieved NVQ levels 1 & 2 and moved on from this role once my training was complete.
