I have worked with Sodexo for the past 3 and a half years. I serve the students, prepare food for the week, and handle cash, credit, and student ID card sales. I also engage in customer service and quality management.

My position requires me to identify qualified campus prospects for the new Acceluraid product. This will be accomplished by making phone calls or using email to identify who the key people or departments are on a campus. Once the key person has been identified, the product will be briefly described, and the contacts’ information will be forwarded to the responsible Regional Sales Manager for follow up. Other duties may be assigned as needed and agreed upon.

I started back in 2005 and learned all the differernt positions on the floor within my first 6 months. I worked with customer service, handled money in and out-flow. I was promoted in the winter of 2007 to Crew Trainer which entailed introducing new employees into the habits of our environment. I also acted as floor supervisor while managers where involved in in-house meetings.
